About Us Continued.....

Instrumental in this vision was the support and agreement Bishop C.W. Williams, the founder of The Divine Guidance Ministries, Inc. God had moved upon his heart in the same manner as He had moved upon the heart of Bishop Tindal.  The two spent many hours together praying and planning as they were directed by the Lord to develop and establish the governing protocol for this organization. They both shared the vision and were led of the Lord to take the steps necessary to begin the work. It also became apparent to them that they were in the midst of a powerful and significant move of the Holy Spirit. Bishop Tindal and Bishop Williams began to articulate the vision with others who in turn received the vision. It seemed as if like wildfire the work begin to spread in the hearts and minds of all who listened, and the Holy Ghost in His own way, begin to "Birth" the UNITED FELLOWSHIP within the body of Christ.

Under the leading of the Spirit and in agreement with others, who grasped and shared this vision, the "Fellowship" officially came into being on the 13th of November, 1999 in a special "Birthing Service" held at the home church of Bishop C.W. Williams, THE TEMPLE OF PRAISE, in Columbia South Carolina. Bishop Tindal was consecrated as the Founder of the UFCCM, and Bishop Williams as Co-Chairman.  By the direction of the Holy Ghost, Bishop J. Paul Hackman and Bishop Lonnie Langston were accepted as part of the leadership as well.  Bishop J. Paul Hackman was appointed as Chairman of the Ministry of Ecclesiastical Affairs, and Bishop Lonnie Langston was appointed as Chairman of the Ministry of Education.

The Lord called the Co-Founder, Bishop C.W. Williams from toil to rest and we will always remember his great contributions to this Ministry.  Thanks be to God for Her Grace Bishop Betty L. Brown and His Holiness Bishop Bass Bullock who currently serve as First Assistant Chairman and First Executive Assistant to our Founder, Bishop Tindal.

And so, the United Fellowship of Christian Churches and Ministries, Inc. lives on.  We are anxiously waiting to see what God will do next!
